As the performance and life of carbon brushes depend upon several external factors such as:

Machine condition
Operating load
Voltage & current fluctuations
Surface condition of commutator/slip ring
Installation method
Maintenance practices
Selected carbon grade
Application environment

therefore, no fixed life warranty or performance guarantee is provided on any carbon brush or graphite product.

Manufacturing Guarantee

We only provide manufacturing assurance for the following conditions:

Wire detachment from the carbon brush
Carbon brush breakage from the center under normal installation conditions
Verified manufacturing defects before usage

Any issue caused due to improper installation, overload, sparking, overheating, wrong grade selection or machine condition will not be covered under replacement or return policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return or replacement:

Product must be unused
Product must be in original condition
Customer must provide proof of purchase/invoice
Issue must be reported within a limited time after delivery

Customized or specially manufactured products are generally non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used carbon brushes
Damaged or broken products after installation
Customized graphite components
Products damaged due to improper usage
Products affected by machine faults or electrical issues

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable period.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Products will only be exchanged in case of verified manufacturing defects covered under our policy.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect from our side.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.
